Update

Looking back at my last few sessions on here and I realized it's been almost a year since I have updated.  There is unfortunately a good explanation for this.  I don't usually let my clients know the personal things I have been going through but feel the need to explain in this situation.  My Father passed away November 1st and my Mother passed away March 6th.  I have gone through a lot these past few months and honestly didn't feel like photographing happy moments.  I feel as though in order to give the best to my clients I have to be on top of my game and I just haven't been lately.  I have been taking care of my grandparents who are very sick as well and it takes a toll on you.  Along with taking care of others I also have 3 small children so I am so sorry I haven't been on here.  I am hoping to get back into the swing of things but in the mean time please be patient with me.  Thank you so much for all the thoughts and prayers these past few months. 

I'm so sorry for not updating my blog. I have my facebook updated but a lot has been happening in our family recently.  Just going to add a few shots to let you know what I have been up to the past few months!

Return clients make me so happy!  I had a chance to photograph little Miss Trinity as a newborn, at 6 months old, and now her family photos right before her first birthday.

Had the opportunity to have a newborn session/family session a couple of weeks ago.  I have known this family for a long time and I love watching their family grow!

Finally had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful family.  Every time we would set a date and time the weather wouldn't cooperate.  Spring photos turned into Summer photos.  I hope it was worth the wait because I love these photos.  They capture the personalities of the kids perfectly.

Had the privilege of photographing Miss Jessica a few weeks ago.  She is a senior at South Paulding High School.  She is an aspiring artist and so talented!

{Lemonade Mini's!}

Summer time is my favorite time of the year. Watermelon, lemonade, firecrackers, warm weather, pool time...I could go on forever.  We used the stand that we made to do several different sessions one of them being the lemonade stand. I think they turned out adorable!

{Happy Independence Day!}

Happy 4th of July!  Here in Georgia it is rainy and gloomy.  :(  We have had all our festivities postponed until this yucky weather leaves.  Despite the gloomy weather we had a chance to get some photos done before the rain moved in of the firework's stand.  It turned out to be a hit!  So here are a few photos of the little firecrackers ;)

I stay on facebook so much, I'm forgetting to update on my blog!  I went on vacation at the beginning of May and my brother and his family were there at the same time.  With tiny ones you never know when they will be "done" with photos so we did a mini session.  I think they turned out beautiful!
